How it works

The Customer Sentiment app scours the web for tweets & posts about your product / brand.

It then analyses them for sentiment and notifies you to take action when the sentiment crosses a certain threshold.

The app also recomments a set of actions to raise the customer's sentiment to a desired level. Once triaged and assigned the app creates a ticket in Salesforce and notifies your team to follow up.
